The abrasion resistant hose is a kind of conveying hoses and is designed for conveying materials with large friction coefficient, which requires the hoses to have ultra-high abrasion resistance. The inner rubber of hose adopts abrasion-resistant NBR. But the abrasion resistant hose doesn't need to bear high pressure and 12BA can be considered as the high pressure.
According to the working conditions, the abrasion level of transporting particles caused to the hoses, the abrasion-resistant hoses can be divided into light-weight abrasion resistant hose, heavy-duty abrasion resistant hose and vacuum abrasion resistant hose.
Light-weight abrasion resistant hose
Widely used in applications like sand blasting. Inner rubber adopts abrasion resistant NBR and outer layer is covered by compound rubber.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant hose
Ideal for sand, grit, grait and slurry blasting equipment.
Vacuum abrasion resistant hose
Embedded spiral steel wires. Vacuum negative pressure up to 0.9BA.
