Cotton canvas, polyester and nylon canvas are adopted as the carcass of Duratech cold resistant conveyor belt. The cover rubber consists of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, featuring high elasticity, impact resistance and cold resistance to allow the conveyor belt to work normally at -60℃.

• According to the characteristics of the cover rubber, the cold resistant conveyor belts can be divided into three types: laceration resistant (Type H), abrasion resistant (Type D) and general belt (Type L).
• According to difference of the cold resistance, Type C1 is suitable for -45℃~+50℃ and C2 is suitable for -60℃~+50℃.
